Istanbul Hub Flats

It’s good value for money and has everything you need- kitchenette, good shower, comfortable bed.

It was a very nice hotel. We stayed for 2 weeks in room number 4. It was a quiet time in winter, so we weren't disturbed by noise from the neighboring rooms. We had everything we needed in the apartment. Some things didn't look brand new, but nothing was broken. The azan was a bit loud in the early morning, so if you are not used to it, a room with windows facing the street might be the best option. The bathroom, towels, sheets were clean, the shower worked fine, there were no cockroaches. Shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, hand soap, slippers, dish soap were provided. The bathroom had 2 hair dryers. The kitchen was equipped with electric stove, electric kettle, refrigerator, dishes, pots, pans, cutlery and many other cooking essentials. The air conditioner was good and provided both ventilation and heating, so the room temperature could be set as we liked and it wasn't stuffy in there. The cleaning service was included in the bill so we had fresh towels every other day, the bathroom cleaning and floor sweeping was once every three days (there is also a washing machine on the basement floor, so we washed our clothes for free). When we ran out of hand soap and dish soap, Dhoha, the housekeeper, restocked them. She was very nice. The apartment manager, Ertan, was also very nice. He always answered all our questions within a few hours and helped us with taxi after we checked out. Check in and check out is very easy. Last but not least, the apartment design was nice.

Really well managed accommodation. Ertan the manager answered my enquiries very promptly even before I arrived and gave clear self-check in instructions. The studio was nicely decorated. Furniture and appliances not new, but clean and the whole place was designed in a functional way (power sockets at convenient areas, kitchen utilities, small dining area, sofa, air conditioning) which made the stay really easy and comfortable. Close to Taksim Square, so easy access to metro, food and shops. I enjoyed my stay here and would happily stay here again for a future trip to Istanbul.

This place exceeded my expectations in many ways. Although the rooms are not the most modern, they had everything necessary for daily living. The staff is incredibly friendly and hospitable. Messages are responded to quickly and the well-being of guests is taken care of. This was definitely one of my best stays in Istanbul!
